We appreciate your interest in the Eye Clinic. You can set up an appointment at the Eye Clinic in two ways …
1) Request an appointment online. After filling out and submitting your request, we'll get back to you within one business day to schedule your appointment. If this is an emergency, please call our office directly at 731-424-2414.
2) Call us at 731-424-2414 during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. If you call after hours, please leave your name and phone number and we will return the call the next business day.
